Established in 2006 - CREX Media & Events Pvt Ltd is based out of New Delhi, India. We work across various industry verticals providing Advisory and Project Management Support to our clients.

CREX offerings include an array of Corporate Workshops and events that are an ideal catalyst for interactive spontaneous exchange that leads to personality enhancement as well as up skilling. These workshops and events focus on introducing the participants to their latent creative abilities. A recent internal work innovation has been a diversification towards building Townships and Statewide projects as an early stage entrant. CREX works with Investors in aligning with the right Real Estate opportunities, Identifying potential Business Areas, finding JV Partners, Designing Facilities and Executing Projects in a PMU capacity.

Currently we are involved in a major Township Development project in Penukonda Town in Andhra Pradesh related to KIA Motors.

THE ONE GROUP is a business unit of CREX and is looked after by Rahul & Ajay, who have a combined Corporate Sector experience of almost than 60 Years. Rahul is a Hotel Management Graduate and an IIM Indore alumni and brings both Experience and Passion of the Hospitality Industry. He also brings in a rich and varied experience from the Financial sector. Ajay has over 30 years of experience across organisations like Microsoft, The World Bank, etc., and has been setting up and managing state and country level projects for the past 2 decades. His core experience lies in Project Execution and Operations.

Ajay has more than three decades of professional association with large organisations such as Crompton Greaves, the Sagem-Orga Smart Chip Joint Venture (SAFRAN), Microsoft Corporation, The World Bank, GIZ, Delhi Government - with more than 20 years in senior management positions.

Much of his experience has been in architecting solutions around eGovernance transformation initiatives working with clients across a wide variety of market verticals such as Transport, Banking, eGovernance, Healthcare, Micro Finance, Telecommunications, Retail, etc. and he has successfully architected and deployed more than 40 Statewide / Nationwide projects across multiple domains.

As the Advisor to the Delhi Government from World Bank he has architected a convergence framework that streamlines the delivery of State Welfare benefits to the underprivileged.

He has led many state & country wide projects such as the Gujarat Driving License (Worlds first Biometric enabled Smart card based DL), Madhya Pradesh Transport System, Goa Social Security Card, Sikkim transport, Gujarat Fishermen ID, Opium Cultivators project, etc which were pioneering projects of their kinds.


Rahul is an Alumni of the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, he has been a part of the sales & service industry for over 23 years. He has had the opportunity of being closely associated with the related aspects of sales, customer satisfaction as well as business relationships, and is well aware of the emerging trends and concepts of these fields.

He has had the distinction of working in two leading Banks (American Express and ABN Amro) and 2 very respectable Insurance companies (Tata AIA & Max Life Insurance) at senior leadership positions for a collective period of over 10 years

He fully understand the complexities & opportunities involved in running a complex profit centre business and is well aware of critical vectors & complexities involved in field of Distribution, Business development, Operations, Strategy, Pricing, Rewards & Recognition, HR related challenges and those dealing with financial management.
